Prefer to pick up your order? We offer free local pickup from our Waterdown retail store.

  • You’ll receive an email when your order is ready
  • Most Fusion Mineral Paint orders are ready same day

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. Because we carry specialty products and paint materials, our return policy is simple and transparent.

Final Sale Items

All paint, brushes, tools, and DIY products are final sale. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they leave the store.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the damaged item at no cost to you.

All workshops, custom orders, and sale items are final sale.

Shipping Issues

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We’re happy to support you through the process.
